We got together with our winemaker to sample the 2011 reds and to devise the final blends for our red wines for 2011. For the 2011 vintage we'll be making a straight Cabernet Sauvignon and a Merlot Malbec blend as usual, but for the first time we're also making a small amount of a straight Merlot. It will be interesting to see how these blends develop in the bottle over the next couple of years.
